Gigs performance and messages

Since you are a level two seller and give outstanding performance, with no warnings, demotions etc., I can only say that it has something to do with the algorithm, and it can be sometimes unfair. You opened a ticket with CS, but I see that they also didn't find anything problematic.

Maybe wait for a couple more days.

It's a Fiverr algorithm . Fiverr Gives chance to new seller to rank them self . If they show a good result then Fiverr stay them in 1-10 page . During this time the Seller who was ranked on his position he was lose his position . But doing regular work he can achieve his position.
