Fiverr account not approved

I've created seller account and o made gig which is approved but later I received email that my fiverr account not approved then I opened fiverr account on app there is gig show but not show on website

Anyone please tell me how may solve it

And I didn't pass the English test previously and there is 59 days left to retake test but I retake it and it has opened and I passed it.
