If he reports you for poor quality work, you may get a warning. Stay as calm as possible, and be polite. No matter how abusive the buyer gets, don't be rude to them. Stay professional. Try to figure out what the problem is and to solve it. If there's no solution possible and the buyer is being unreasonable, consider cancelling the order.
