Stay as calm as possible, and be polite. No matter how abusive the buyer gets, don't be rude to them. Stay professional. Try to figure out what the problem is and to solve it. If there's no solution possible and the buyer is being unreasonable, consider cancelling the order. If the abusive behavior persists no matter how hard you try to solve the problem and deescalate the situation, contact customer support with screenshots.
