Delivery first?

What is best to do?
Deliver first via the deliver button on Fiverr so I am sure I deliver on time?
Or deliver via email on Fiverr and wait for approval from the client and deliver after approval. Only then It can take a while  before the client responds and the deliver time doesn’t stop.
 What do yo advise me to do?

Deliver with the delivery button. That's required. If the buyer needs a revision, they can request one.

If you deliver through the Inbox messaging, what if they don't get back to you quickly? You'll have a late delivery. Or, they will take your work, cancel the order, and you won't get paid.

Just follow the Fiverr rules and methods.
