So I have 26 “5 star reviews” and just 1 “4 star review”. My overall rating is 99% and 4.9 stars out of 5.0 for my gig.



After how many reviews, will it change to full 5 stars and 100% overall rating?

Looking at the math, you currently have an average star rating of 4.962



By all standard definitions of rounding it should be showing 5 by now, especially since it rounds to 1dp, so that 0.06 should trip it over to 5.0



I’d contact support, looks like some dodgy math.

I already contacted support about this. All below 5 stars isnt counting as positive reviews in total positive review as I could see. I said that to them and they said everything is working fine. Then I asked if everything is working fine how then positive reviews went down after 4 stars orders. They never replied to that.
