If you are not getting briefs, then Fiverr has decided that your services don't qualify.

No. Avoid it else it might be considered as spam and buyers will get bothered/irritated/mind it. If they would need your services ever, they will contact you on their own. Don't disturb them.

I have also facing the same problem for the last two months I am not getting the order.

But I think the number of orders is currently low as buyer spends winter vacations this winter and the number of orders may increase once all the office courts and government activities start.
