you must have to pass english test to publish gig.

If your Gig is not approved, it usually means that it is in violation of Fiverr TOS. Have you sent an email to our CS or opened a ticket to see what might be the issue? If not, please get in touch with the CS by sending an email to support@fiverr.com or by opening a ticket at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new.

Hi,

Some gigs can be published without a skill test, but others cannot be published without a Fiverr skill test.
