Buyer ask me for Whatsapp number or any other media because she want to describe requirements in voice. what should I have to do?  kindly give suggestions.

If you are not a leveled seller yet, you can do the video call only on Active order's page.

To start a Zoom Video Call in Fiverr:
Go to your Inbox from the Orders page.
Select the Inbox message/buyer you'd like to have a video call with.
You will see the video camera icon at the bottom of the chatbox. Click the video icon to start the chat.
The Zoom Video Call invitation will appear in your messages.
