What's the new updates from fiverr today?

I heard that Fiverr had a new update today, some of my friend's profile has been banned.

Are there any important things that need to follow?

No, link actually I thought like that, cz some of my friends lose rank positions and some had banned.

That doesn't mean there has been a site update.

Or they may say some of them at the Fiverr blog https://blog.fiverr.com/

Your friends losing rank could just be the normal way the site is being run, with the rank algorithms, with new gigs being added there's more competition and any temporary boost for new gigs may then decrease. The same may be the case for user's being banned. They may be checking for more keywords or other coded type checks or possibly they could be doing with more learned AI type models for checks.

eg. if you want to know more about how they moderate content on Fiverr and how they may be doing things differently (either now or in the future) you could check this video. The audio isn't English but the slides are). You could also check some of the other videos on that channel for how they may be changing what they use for ranking.
