I made a purchase on fiverr 6 months ago, and the order was cancelled, I tried to manually refund my funds back to my payment method, but it didn't worked as it was showing the funds continously in my fiverr balance, Upon contacting fiverr support they added my funds to earnings page and asked me to verify phone number and add a payout method, Upon doing so it still didn't worked so I contacted them again, and they disabled my account, and mentioned that I'd get my funds after 180 days WHICH IS RIDICOLOUS but well I waited, after 180 days, I still couldn't withdraw so i CONTACTED them AGAIN!! Guess, what. Attached is there response, SERIOUSLY? You can hold a buyer's hard earned money like that?
