I'd still like to know the details on the conversations you had with CS, what tips helped you (I don't see any), and how hard it was to dispute it.

I think it's wonderful that CS was able to compensate you!

Dear vickieito,
After completion of my order in last month, the order was automatically cancelled, due to this my completion rate was below 67%. Then I read the articles on fiverr to approach the dispute, I opened the dispute after giving the evidence of work, I recevied the email from the fiverr that we won the case. Now, my completion rate is 100% and the order is cleared.

You should contact with your Fiverr customer support and mentioned everything about the project and also attached the proof and Fiverr support team will review it and will definitely help you with.
