I want to take 10 days vacation for my academic final exam. But many people are saying that the gig will lose rank, what is your advice in this case?

There's no fixed "rank" system on Fiverr. It's wholly dependent on your performance and that of your competitors. If you take a ten-day break and stop fulfilling orders, other sellers who remain active may outperform you, leading to the possibility of your visibility taking a hit when you get back.

If you have regular buyers, it helps to respond to their messages and inform them about your return date. When I take a vacation, I usually return to a backlog of projects waiting for me, helping me regain my momentum more quickly. Responding to messages quickly, even if you're away, seems to help.

But it's important to understand that taking a break can impact your performance, and it might take some time to bounce back. You can mitigate this by staying in touch with regular and even new buyers. You can also temporarily extend your delivery times. For instance, if your current delivery time is two days, consider extending it to five days. Exit 'vacation mode' a few days before you're back. If you're lucky, this allows you to start receiving orders again before you return.
