Hello, I'm new on fiverr and my gig video is working fine, but what happens is that when it appears in search its just a black screen until cursor of a mouse displays on top of it. I've tried recutting the video but that also hasn't helped, while the thumbnail of other sellers works great is there any way to fix this issue?
