Retake English test after passed

The first time I passed in Fiverr English test with 6.00 points and I take this exam again and failed it. Will it create any problems?

Everyone on Fiverr is at least Fluent in English if you look at their profile. Then you come to the forum and experience the truth. Damn, some posts really make my eyes twitch with their bad grammar :)))

Passing of an English test is upon of your ability.
