No more ReEdit feedback option?

Hello , i just found out that the option to ReEdit feedback does not exist anymore , for example i have a buyer and done a design for him that he told it is good but there is nothing wow about it and left a 3.5 star rate , contacted him and told that i’m sorry and i will work on it some more to do it as he likes. Modified it and now he loves it andthat he wants to change the review but he can’t change it because there is no option to it. What do you think about this? I personally think its very bad

a feedback will be locked about 3 days since your buyer left it.

You can contact Fiverr support to remove your buyer’s feedback.

Then you can contact your buyer to add another feedback

Hey , so let me know if i understand right.So the buyers leave a feedback and after 3 days , that feedback will be locked and unable to modifie it?
