This has been explained hundreds of times on the forum, but hardly anyone reads it. I'm not wasting my time writing it down again. Don't be lazy, take your time and start studying the forum.

Read only the advice from experienced sellers (avoid the new sellers and the sellers with no or only a few orders).

This is exactly what you should do, also i would add, be nice to anyone who messages you, even if they dont buy anything from you. They will maybe suggest you to their firends, family, because you were nice to them.

I arrived at Fiverr following a long day. I then discovered that there was no provision for buyer requests. Can someone please explain to me how to send a buyer request and how to acquire a buyer request option?

Buyer Request is no more on Fiverr. We have a Get Briefs feature instead of it.
