PayPal for most people because it's more convenient and faster too. Payoneer for the ones that don't have PayPal as a withdrawal method.

Paypal is the best. I do wait one business day to get my money, because there is a charge for getting it fast. So I choose to pay nothing. Payoneer would be my next choice, but I think they charge a fee.
