Other than being against the rules of Fiverr, why would you even have to ask them for a positive review if the tip before says "Deliver high-quality work"?

If you're referring to staying online all day long, hoping that it will bring some visibility to your profile or gig somehow. Well it is quite wrong, never seen someone that gave that tip having any success. And as a personal experience I received 95% of my orders and messages while I was offline.

@prodhanchandra9An actual thing that you can do, and that will not get you in trouble or hurt your health is to use the forum. Since you're here already I believe that you did found some interest in it. Here's an example of one of the many real, free, (I'll also add bot-free, since it wasn't made with a bot) resource made by experienced sellers here on the platform.
