Fiverr has charged me a plenty.

I am new on fiverr and i have no idea about the policies of fiverr . I have done my work with the client .After couple of hours fiverr charged me a plenty that i am doing his school work. I have no   idea about it  that this  its was a class work. now enlighten me on this  how i can encounter this problem .is there a way i can ask fiverr to remove the plenty

If you need to contact Fiverr about it you could do that at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets and create a new support ticket.

If the buyer didn't say it was for academic work then you could explain that to customer support and try and get the warning removed.

It might say something similar but shorter on the terms of service page.
