I have a query what if I have submitted the project and the client  cancel the order. Is it possible he could do it without letting me know.

Are you saying that you delivered the order and your client canceled the order?

Yes, he/she can, he/she may have opened a claim through his bank saying he/she didn't place that order and Fiverr cancel your order.

Client may request to cancel the order but you can refuse to cancel the order, if you have delivered the order as per client requirements, he/she should not cancel the order.

You could always contact Fiverr customer support and get the matter resolved.
