Buyer shared his WhatsApp number

Hi, 

Need some assistance on the matter that buyer shared his WhatsApp number and asked me to contact him on WhatsApp for further discussions on his project. But he is trying to assure me that he would be making the payment on Fiverr. During our conversation on Fiverr, he just kept telling me to clone an app with all the features of that app. Whenever I asked him about clarification of the features he wants, he kept telling me to clone the app he shared me with. 

Although I strictly refused to contact him outside Fiverr, I have not reported or blocked him yet. Please guide me on this matter.
