To set a thumbnail on your Fiverr gig video, you need to follow these steps:

Find the gig for which you want to set a thumbnail and click on "Edit".
Scroll down to the video section and click on "Edit Video".
Click on the "Change Thumbnail" button and select a thumbnail from the video or upload an image of your choice.
Click "Save" to save the changes.
