I just got shocked today because fiverr accept the cancellation of one of my old completed orders without any reason, what i should do to get my money back ?

Only 1 left to do:

Contact Fiverr CS.

Ask them politely why your Buyer decide to report your order and demand refund.

(most reasons: Plagiarism, bad coding,  bad source files, and BAD BUYER)

Some Seller actually manage get their money back after Fiverr CS found that the Buyer is a SCAM.

It can takes 3-4 days before CS response to your ticket. My record was 6 days.

Unless you are Seller Plus Member/TRS .., we can get priority support, usually takes  6-12 hours.
