I think according to Fiverr's rules, I won't be able to complete level 1 within their specified time frame.

In that case, if I do a lot of work later, can I level up?

Looking forward to clear opinion on this from the experts on fiverr.

The evaluations are every 15th, if you complete the requirements before the 15th then you will become level 1 on the incoming 15th of that month.

You can level up once your seller profile is 60 days old, completed 10 orders and earned at least $400.

You should level up if you complete the following requirements by February 14th.
