Can I use fiverr on my laptop and desktop on my mobile apps at the same time?

Also It should be need same internet And if it is a different internet ip is there any problem?

Yes you can use your account on different devices. What's not allowed is having multiple accounts that are using the same IP address. If ever you are using the same IP address (in simpler terms, same internet connection) with someone else who has a Fiverr account such as a family member or someone else living in your house then you should not be offering the same services and you should talk with Customer Support to clear any issues ahead.
