are you a buyer or seller? because this future is for buyers not for sellers. sellers can set a price range for getting brief.

You cannot.. If you are a Seller then this part is not for you. Looks like you have turned on the Buyer Mode and you are seeing this part.. For Sellers, they can only set the price (Turn on Seller Mode). If you need services from other sellers (as a buyer), then you would need to fill these..

that's not how brief works.

For someone "supposedly" fluent in four languages you couldn't tell that section of the briefs is for buyers? 🥶🥶🥶
