Can I use my cousin's Payoneer account on my own Fiverr account? Or what other options are there to withdraw?

Why would you use someone else's Payoneer account? You can easily create your own account and withdraw your earnings to that one. Otherwise, your cousin will receive all your earnings and you will be dependent on him to give that money to you.

If you need to use a payment method on Fiverr, you should use your own account or create a new account.
