It depends how many orders you've completed in the last 60 days. The more orders you've completed in the last 60 days the less impact 1 cancelled order will have.

You can count the number of completed and cancelled orders in the last 60 days to calculate (including adding an extra cancelled one) to work out what the % complete would be.

eg. the formula would be something like completion rate % = (100/total orders in the last 60 days)*total orders completed in the last 60 days

No, @uk1000 was just explaining you how the order completion will affect you. It has nothing to do with the late delivery, which also impacts your account.

So, if your late delivery, no matter how late and assuming it is because you didn't deliver the order on time, is cancelled, your stats will be hit with both On-time delivery and Order Completion Rate. Why? Simple. Because your account has already been affected with the 50-day late delivery and then it will again be affected if that order gets cancelled. Two penalisations at two different moments in time.

Yes. The order completion rate only takes into account the % of orders (in the last 60 days) that were completed.

If it cancels your completion rate will go down. If it completes your on time delivery % will go down (edit: like suggested that 2nd sentence is probably wrong if it counts the late ones after deliveries, not just completed ones).

Though sometimes it can say "late" next to the order (eg. in the dashboard) when it's not actually late. If you deliver the first delivery on time and never add an extra it probably won't be counted as late even if it keeps getting revised (unless they've changed that recently).
