I'm having problem uploading .mov video file. what should i do?

hi guys! i need your help.

i’m having problem uploading .mov video file when i want to deliver my job to buyer.

i can only deliver in .mov file. i did send it before without any problem in the same gig.

i did try different uploader but it was damn to slow and failed with message ‘HTTP Error’.

what should i do? who should i refer to?

please advise…

Hey make sure your file is under 50Mb as thats the limit, if it can’t be avoided use a service like drop box. I used to get that all the time when delivering my gigs in the early days.

You can also convert files using ConvertFiles.



I’ve had the HTTP Error before. Try closing out your browser and opening a new session. If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser. If you still can’t get it to work, contact Fiverr Support. They have helped me resolve the HTTP Error in the past.

I’ve tried everything to upload a video. I can’t find the old uploader and I don’t have a option to use dropbox to upload… I’ve updated my java and chrome. still nothing…



The video is 10MB, 58sec long and the format is mp4.



CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?

Why can’t Fiverr just fix this glitch already? Such a nice site deserves an uploader that actually works.

I’m having same issue with a 37mb mp4. I’ve got 2 days to deliver and it’s not completing the upload, the file loads fully, but won’t finish “buffering” the send button

1st: on the gig video upload page it requests MP4 or AVI…
2nd. AVI does not work.
3rd. It refuses MOV and MP4 and asks to "please upload MOV or MP4
4th file is <50MB and < 60 seconds, contains Exclusive to Fiverr etc
5th reduced sze to 7MB, MOV, tried again. System, says, Error, please upload MP4 or MOV, MOV is not accepted…
6th. tried different browser, clearing cookies, cash, history and contacted customer support…
am now on my third person, after uploading my video directly to CS, with screenshots, and have now been told to wait for a 4th Tech… 🙂

I had also tried uploading mov files. Fiverr says that they accepts mov files, But that is false. The mov files does not supports. You have to upload mp4 only.
