How come it is still possible for blocked Buyers to still place an order ?

There are some Buyers who no matter what you do they seem never to be satisfied, but surprisingly they keep coming back, either giving negative reviews or making issues or making the work difficult...  from my understanding, if as a seller you choose not to work with one of this type of buyer you should be able to block him/her to avoid this type of issue...  But how come even when i blocked this client in particular she still keeps coming back?  can any one help me please?  this is really becoming a pain i have to deal with continuously. i need to protect the health of my account  Thanks

If you are very sure you have previously blocked the buyer and they successfully placed an order, initiate a cancellation and contact customer service to report a bug. Also ask them to readjust your cancellation back to normal.

They do have records of everything you do on fiverr.
