If it still doesn't work then you can delete the Fiverr cookies and then view the gig. eg. if you use Chrome for working on Fiverr you could use Firefox (logged out) or another browser to view the gig - then you'd see the number of favourites. Or you can view it from a browser that's logged into Fiverr if you copy the link then open a new incognito/private window then paste the link there then load the page. Really you should be able to go to "preview public mode" on your profile and view the profile then view your gig and ideally it would show your gig how a buyer would see it but that doesn't show the number of favourites when I did.
