I also don't understand how to get success in fiverr after the buyer request is closed in fiverr.  But I think it's possible to be successful if active in fiverr. It seems best to be patient.

Just follow Fiverr TOS, and don't share any outside contact information under any circumstance

Simply tell your customers that you can't contact outside fiverr due to fiverr Rules

You know what I am not able to understand about this?  Now, I have read TOS and may have to double check some things. But, We can link to Facebook, Twitter (which is not working for me) and others through the profile. The account username might be our name, but it seems we are not allowed to tell people who we are except a first name.  Yet, I have found people who are established for at least several months who are telling people in their profile or their gig to reach out to them via linkedin or other methods.  To me, it seems like there should be Fiverr bots cleaning this stuff up.
