You can create an unlisted youtube video and send the client the link to that video. As long as it doesn't show or contain any additional contact details that should be fine

Sharing external links is forbidden, so you should upload your portfolio to your gig's gallery or your profile's gallery if you have the option available.

If they are images you always can send a PDF with them and if it's video you can send a demo reel with lower resolution through the chat.

I would check that first with CS, because as far as I know thats just to verify your account. In your example theres also Facebook and Twitter, and sharing links to that platforms and communicating through them goes against TOS.

You can attach your Social media profile links to your Fiverr Profile "Linked Accounts" Field.

This is just for account verification, if you go to any user's profile you'll see that you can't see nor click in that social media links, because communicating outside Fiverr is forbidden.
