Is it legitimate for a buyer to ask money in name of assurance and ask to chat on telegram instead of using Fiverr chat option? 

I am getting all these kinds of buyers. How can I get a genuine buyer who will give work without taking money. Because I am here to work and earn money.

Fake buyer & spam. Ignore them. Some articles on Forum about fake buyers. Read it.
