No you cannot use multiple accounts. One account belongs to one person only.

As long as you have the skill, there should be no problems with that. I have 7 gigs, all in different categories.

You can offer services that fall under different categories, but only offer services you are actually good at.

It is better to maintain 1 separate category in 1 account because it helps you to for branding. You can use multiple accounts, but it has to be on different category.
