When a buyer asking for a contact number or email for work purpose in fiverr. What can I do? Should I give the contacat informaion or not?

Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted. ...All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Fiverr's platform. ...Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through Fiverr to contract, engage with, or pay outside of Fiverr.

If you share your contact information, you will be breaking Fiverr's ToS and risk getting your account shut down. Simply tell your buyer that sharing such information is against Fiverr's ToS and you can handle all communication through Fiverr's platform.
