You can remove photo from gig gallery section and add new images.

Go the the edit section of your Gig. You'll find option there to add new images or delete images.

It's not relevant to Fiverr. Anyway, maybe you were asking about how to change the cover image of an mp3 file. So you can search on google for "mp3 tag editor software" or  "mp3 tag editor online".
