you mean if you want to add portfolio random skills then you need to enable for portfolio section and this feature for Pro seller and Top-rated seller and also this feature enables for specific seller level one or level two it's just hand pick feature. you need to provide your best service and fiverr will pick you. Thank you.

You can attach pdf file with your gigs. But you won't be able to add portfolio if you be a new seller.
