I just made a withdraw but Paypal didn't sent a gmail massage yet what's wrong??

I just changed my paypal withdrawal accont to my father's and made the withdrawal, fiver sent me an email to me 

but paypal didn't sent to my targeted paypal gmail account what should I do to make sure that the money is on the way??

If there are issues only Fiverr customer support can help. But if the money were already sent from them, they will send you to PayPal customer support most likely.

fiverr says it will take from 1 to 7 days to appear in your paypal balance 

So is that means that paypal will send mme a massage  durting this period of time or right away?

It's hard to say. However, you mentioned that you changed the PayPal address, so I can only assume it takes more time since it's the first withdrawal.

My balance returned the same that means that the money didn't returned back so what does that means??
