Buyer cancels the order via customer support

Please suggestion me. What happens If buyer cancels the order via customer support. And then what should I do?

There is nothing we can do if the buyer cancels the order through customer support. But the gig will be down and the order time will be reduced. If you want, I Can complete the work by understanding the buyer.

Actually the order has already been canceled.  Order had completed. And then I transfer the project to the client domain but unfortunately I see order cancellation. In this situation please suggestion me what should I do.

What country was the client in? There are some clients who cancel the order by talking to Fiverr support for a refund even if the order is complete. So they refunded and took the money.
