Why do buyers cancel the order immediately after placing them?

Hello, I came across two buyers who placed the order on my Gig and then canceled the order via the resolution center (within a few minutes), the first order on 27/8 and another on 3/9 today. Does it have something to do with my order requirements or what? Does it happen to you too, or is it just me?

This happened just once to me but it is probably because they ordered by mistake. Take a look at the date they have joined Fiverr. 99% they joined this month and still don't properly know how the platform works.

I guess so they joined fiver on Aug.

Then the mistery is solved. Unfortunately there are many users that start clicking here and there and making a mess without even reading a hint of the TOS or rules, but in this case you could reach out to Customer Support and ask them to avoid that the cancellation affects your completion rate since it was completely random and not certainly caused by you.

I contacted CS and they replied, "buyers canceling order won't affect any of your seller statistics".

The funny thing is someone ordered and cancelled the order  again today.

The buyer probably ordered mistakenly from your gig. But if it affected your seller statistics you can always contact customer support and tell them what happened. They will help you with statistics.
