Contact Fiverr support let them know about your problem.

If they think you didn't any fault then you may get back your account.

Its TEMPORARY DISABLED not permanently disables you can contact customer support!

Many times temporary disabling is done automatically by the system. He can lose his account.  Read the rules, people..
