Yes I have done that sent all details to them but it shows as resolved

actually I am a new seller I connected my payoneer account with my fiver account 

but it shows this screen when I try to withdrawal shows like fiver is not approving the application to attach payoneer account with fiver

@amina_majeed1 - Is your Payoneer account active or did you just set it up?

It took me about 2 weeks to set up my Payoneer account. After that, I was able to quickly add it as a method of payment for Fiverr. I also use PayPal, but I know you can't use that in Pakistan.

@amina_majeed1 - even though Fiverr CS considers an issue resolved, you can still respond and reopen the ticket. It's hard to say why and how Fiverr CS considers your issue "resolved" without seeing your support ticket or Fiverr CS's response.

I'm also facing a problem in linking my Payoneer wallet with my Fiver account, here I forgot the number through which I signed up in Fiver so whenever I'm trying to click that Payoneer option in the payment settings it's asking me to send an OTP for verification. But I cannot get that number in my Fiverr profile as well. Can anyone help me to get over this issue?

Though you've already submitted your Payoneer application, wait for for cs to send you a confirmation email. if they take to much time reopen a ticket. TIA
