I have just used star emoji collectively 5 of them on my gig photo, i am little curiouse that is it legal ? Beacuse i dnt wanna get ban this is only source of income for me. Am i voilating the conditions ?

It can be seen as if you're claiming to be a 5 star seller, and you can't possibly know that you will always get 5 stars, so yes, you could get in trouble for that.

On top of that, I'm not sure if writing personal statements for others is allowed ( @vickiespencer, perhaps you know?). Candidates are supposed to write their own personal statements, that's why they're called "personal".

I avoid the personal statements and statements of purpose in my writing gig. I should probably add those to my Negative Keywords. The closest I would get to those two documents is proofreading in the form of annotations or comments (not track changes). Students would have to do their own edits.

@syedatif2 - Also, you claim: "Acceptance Rate 100% Among Top Institutes" - this is a promise that you can't (also a ToS violation).

It really isn't hard to review the ToS and Community Standards to make sure you are in compliance. Please take some time to review these requirements!

If you are on Seller Plus, you can identify "negative keywords" to filter out people who are using certain words in search. I was getting a lot of requests to do student essays and Amazon reviews (both prohibited by Fiverr ToS), so I added "student essays" and "Amazon reviews" to my "negative keywords" and I haven't gotten any inbox requests for those anymore. Negative Keywords allow me to spend more time on the buyers who I can actually work with and gets rid of the requests that I don't want to receive.
