How do I lift my shadow ban on my gigs?

Hello, I'm a top rated seller and have 4.9  rated gigs, but still my impressions and clicks are below 10. When I use search, my gigs wouldn't appear, I can't even promote my gigs. I don't know what happened but it's been like this for 7 months now. Is there a way to lift this shadow ban? because id this goes on, I may have to switch platforms.

Typically, a gig will become less visible and/or lose access to promoted gigs after receiving negative private feedback. Other reasons could be because your stats dropped, like order cancelations or late deliveries. To improve, you could work with existing clients and make sure to do a great job in order to get that buyer satisfaction rate back up.

You could also try things like updating your gigs with new and improved videos, thumbnails, gig descriptions and higher prices. This will sometimes help. Remember that being a TRS does not guarantee a good placement in search or access to features like promoted gigs.

It's possible that the gig(s) are inactive. You can check here to see if they are actually active: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs/gig-status

If they are active, then yes, what @smashradio mentioned would be the most likely other scenario. The following is found in the Fiverr Help Center:

Quote

Why can't I find my Gig in the search?
In the marketplace, a Gig's position is based on the seller’s performance over a set period. Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.

There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include:

  • Order cancellations
  • Delivery rate
  • Responsiveness
  • The particular Gig’s maximum number of active orders in the queue, as based on your seller level.
  • Other Gigs performing at a higher rate.

If other sellers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5-star feedback, delivering on time, communicating quicker, and so on. t all counts. For this reason, ensure that you provide high-quality and original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, are responsive, and always remain professional.

Thank you very much for answering this question but, as you said work with existing clients; my question is: Can we ask them to provide the feedback on messenger in order to improve our stats? I read somewhere that it is banned but, couldn't find any authentic report on it.

Thanking already.

Hi! Right now, I’m in complete same situation. I hope everything is okay with your profile now. Can you please update us?
