So I had an odd situation. I had a small talk with buyer, everything went fine, I delivered the order and got a notification that he left me a feedback, once I clicked on that person's profile, I realized he deleted his Fiverr profile. I didn't give feedback back, so I'm asking after 10 days when review gets out, will the review be on my profile/gig since the buyer deleted his account? I'm very confused. Thank you all in advance!

Hi, my gigs got promoted. I had it mind changing prices on few gigs that are promotable now. Can I change the prices while it’s promoted? Does it change or affect the promotions?

True. I could only search my gig using the filer for "Seller details". I understand the competition as well, but It's just crazy that my gigs with such statistics and ratings gets no exposure. Profile rates are all green..

Hi! First, Thank you so much for your answer, I appreciate it. The last negative review I got (2.3 rating) which was only one and it was 8 months ago. I did get some 4's 3 months ago but it's not anything serious since it's still good rating and it didn't affect my gig score. For private reviews, it could be, but I am just confused about this system who can erase your gigs in one day even tho you were still doing a good job and I was the most popular gig in that specific category. It could've put me on at least some page and not totally erase it but yet again Fiverr support keeps telling me "everything is fine, it's just algorithms". In these 3 months period, all I got was amazing support from repeated buyers and no bad reviews or late deliveries/cancelations, etc...

Is it normal to have all 5 rated gigs, one who has 700 reviews, other around 100-200 reviews (5 star rated) but NOWHERE to be found on search results but yet appear "active" according to Fiverr support? I still get orders but only from repeated buyers, no new buyers since 3 months ago...

Stats from my side are improved as much as I can but gigs on searches are horrible at the moment like nothing is changing actually. I got demoted to New seller 2 months ago. Do you think on November it would go back to normal?

Thank you for your answer. It’s just that I haven’t received a order from new buyer from August 15.. I mean that’s when I was demoted to “New seller”, I finally got Level 1 on October 15 and I thought that maybe that would get gigs in better position but no, still nothing. So I don’t know if it’s about levels or something. I’m just very worried that one bad month would destroy 3 years of work and I won’t be able to recover since there is less and less work from repeated buyers.

Hello everyone, I used to be a very successful 5 star rating Fiverr seller for 3 years, I had constant orders and over +1000 reviews. Up until 3 months ago, I had horrible period in my life which led me to be absent on Fiverr, I had MANY late deliveries and cancelations, from Level 2 I dropped to "New seller". I tried everything to get back on my feet and luckily because of my repeated buyers, I am back on Level 1 and will get back to Level 2 in one month. My stats got improved but my gigs are basically on last pages even with thousands of 5 rating reviews from before and some of now (from repeated buyers), my gigs are not eligible to promotions anymore and I have absolutely no orders from new buyers for a month or so even tho stats are much improved. My question is.... will that one bad month in my life and on Fiverr still have a huge impact on my Fiverr profile/gigs in future? Does statistics reset or something... I just hope that sellers do get a second chance. My gigs are currently not promotable *due to possible quality issues*. Will I be able to get promotions back since I had them before?
