It depends. If you have been restricted, the review process will take up to 90 days. In that period, you have limited use of your account and can't work on Fiverr, except for orders you already have received. 

If you have been permanently suspended, there is no chance of getting your account back. It's permanent.

You get warning twice, before account suspension, that was why it is advisable for you to read Fiver Term of services carefully, as a new seller, level 1 account, even though level 2 account
