Didn't Get Any Notifications In Fiverr Mobile App When Buyer Message Me

Hello, I'm using the Fiverr app on my smartphone but most of the time I didn't get any notification sound when buyer message, even Fiverr default notification sound is not working, I also tested using push notification, but it's also not working, just vibrating phone instead of any ringtone.

one of my requests for the Fiverr team kindly improves the notification system with a strong alarm so that we can easily know when buyers message us.

Is there any solution for this? I also tried changing the default notification sound, but it's also not working, kindly help me fix it. I lost some of the buyers only for this issue

Is that not more on the side of the phone rather than Fiverr?

 For my Fiverr notifications, including sounds and text to show, I have my notifications set, so they do that. Plus, on Fiverr, I have it fixed, so I also get email notifications. Sometimes when I am working at my computer, my phone notifies me of a message before I see it on the Fiver platform.

I have also enabled all of the notifications including email in fiverr app, can you share with us how you did it?

On Fiverr I did this: ⬇️

On my iPhone, I went to settings and then notifications. From there, I set up Fiverr notifications to always be delivered immediately under "Time Sensitive Notifications. I also enabled my email accounts 'push' notifications, so those notices are delivered immediately.
