Reply: Sorry, fiverr doesn't allow me to do this type of things.
Don't use this words:  Telegram, whats app, etc or don't share phone number or gmail address.

You'll probably get many of those spam/scam messages (their endgame is to make you work for free/pay some kind of fee to get orders, which, of course, won't happen), so I'd recommend setting up a "Quick Response" for them: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010846178-Using-Quick-Responses#:~:text=Right above the message area, and send to the user.

For example, you could save something like this as your QR: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service: "All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Fiverr's platform."

Then, any time you get such spam/scam messages, you just need to click the little lightning icon below the Messages chat box and can click your saved QR to not lose time typing a new response every time. After you sent that QR (thereby ensuring that your response rate will be fine), you can click "Report" and choose between "The user asked for payment or wanted to communicate outside of Fiverr" and "The user sent spam", as both applies to that kind of message, click "Submit" and let Fiverr deal with them.

In case you're kind of hoping it's not spam/scam messages after all, I'd recommend searching YouTube or Google for, for instance, "Telegram scam", that will probably convince you quickly that you're not missing out on some great job by not complying with their communication wishes.
